Qualifications

University Degree
(Preferred with a Finance or Banking Major), MBA or CFA is a plus but not essential

Required skills:
- Deep Understanding of the financial Markets & the FX&MM / C&E asset classes
- Arabic Speaking
- Significant Product and Workflow Expertise (e.g. knowledge of FXMM / C&E customer base work flow and how they are measured and motivated)
- Ability to effectively build, maintain & leverage relationships with clients and users to provide business benefit and growth in the future and to support Account Teams in future sales
- 2-3 years of industry related experience in financial markets preferred (Dealing Rooms as FX Sales, FX Trader, Energy Trader, etc...)
- Proven ability to identify revenue growth opportunities
- Training or related experience preferred
