About Your Job:
In this role you will support the development, integration and execution of profitable and effective customer engagement and multi-channel marketing strategies that will drive customer acquisition, retention and cross-sell efforts.
Your key responsibilities will include evaluating all potential market opportunities and threats and providing recommendations, working closely with the Country Manager to help build the Qatar Airways brand and maintain brand consistency on all communications. You will Develop and implement annual marketing plans as part of the marketing strategy and ensure Loyalty program and e-commerce strategies are deployed according to agreed and orchestrated marketing strategies. You will conduct ROI monitoring for each activity (on total QR marketing budget), review marketing plans and monitor all marketing elements so as to achieve brand consistency. You will build brand awareness within agreed target segments and ensure all QR procedures, processes and systems are met.
About You:
To be successful in this role you must hold a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Strategic Planning. You will have a minimum of 3 years experience managing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns ideally within the airline industry. Experience in brand or trade marketing, planning and analytical skills are a must. Fluent communication skills in English and computer proficiency are also essential requirements with Arabic language skills preferred . Additionally you must have knowledge of social media and the local market.
