Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Selection / Training and Development.
• Implement HR processes and policies to meet business needs.
• Provide HR generalist support to the business and run necessary HR administration.
• Ensure resourcing, reward, learning and employee relations requirements of the business are met.
• Develop terms and conditions, handbooks, procedures etc. to familiarize everyone with the organizational culture.
