• To oversee secretarial and reception services, administration affairs, conference room bookings, travel, coordination, information and data processing, printing and reproduction and records management
• Organize all internal and external meetings and appointments for Rotana employees in Dubai.
• Order and maintain sufficient levels of all office stationery and supplies.
• Supervise the work of clerical and secretarial staff within the Dubai branch.
• Keep and maintain personnel records in accordance with the HR Manager
• Control the office administration budget.
• Organize branch office maintenance and repair work
• Oversee liaison with any external facilities services firm and contracts for the maintenance of offices.
• Serves as liaison between various levels of management and Company support areas to facilitate information flow and provide planning and control support.
• To plan, organize, provide leadership and control all other administrative functions
• Ability to operate a wide range of office technology, such as operating a multi-line telephone system, computer, copier and facsimile machine.
