A Middle East based insurance organization is looking for an Assistant/ Deputy Manager of Insurance Medical Services to join their expanding team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate has to assist the medical claims team with processing claims.
Responsibilities:
• Study all the price lists, handle reconciliations and visit the medical providers on a regular basis.
• Communicate with insured members on their claims and on any request coming from an insured member.
• Lead the implementation of strategies with healthcare providers, ensuring benefits for the company and its members.
• Handle relations with the medical providers which includes negotiating all the discounts and validate all medical claims in IT system.
• Supervise in-patient cases; investigate client's complaints against medical providers and take necessary steps to promptly resolve matter.
