About Your Job:

In this role you will plan, supervise and support the reservations and ticketing team with the aim of achieving optimal passenger satisfaction and consistent service levels.  At the same time you will encourage teamwork, consistancy of service and proper coordination.

Your key accountabilities will include ensuring proper issuance of ATB for all types of ticketing transactions to reduce debit notes, dealing with mishandled passengers and reducing customer complaints and errors.  You will support the Manager in supervising staff members whilst facilitating the smooth running of the section.  You will issue tickets and PTA's quoting the correct fare as well as issuing MCO's and refunds and processing of lost tickets and time barred tickets.

 

About You:

To be successful in this role you should hold a relevant degree and a recognized lATA or Airline Advanced Passenger Tariff and Pricing Course. Further to this 3 years experience with Ticketing & reservation and able to manage a team efficiently.   You are able to manage room sales with due regard to revenue and take reservation requestes through the telephone.

Preferably you will be a multi lingual individual with fluent knowledge of English and Arabic, any more known languages will be of added value. A working knowledge of Amadeus will be an advantage.
