Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. Prepare monthly accounts, financial statements and management reports for local subsidiaries.
2. Analyse the half yearly forecast figures submitted by subsidiaries and prepare commentaries for management's review.
3. Prepare annual budget figures and commentaries for cost departments.
4. Prepare tax computation and liaise with tax agent on corporate tax.
5. Assist in handling year end audit queries and meeting statutory deadlines.
6. Assist in internal audit of overseas subsidiaries.
7. Assist in project evaluation, analysing the existing and potential investments' returns and the viability of investments, present reports and findings to management
8. Perform credit review, risk management or other related duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.
