Our client, a well-established retail business is looking for a Beauty Products Distributor or Consultant to join their expanding team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate has to be an experienced beauty products advisor and should be willing to work either as a full time employee or as a consultant to guide the House of Beauty division of our client, whom are on the retail business.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
• Develop a strategy for the retail department in line with business objectives.
• Establish product sales targets and business objectives for the retail products.
• Timely capture and reporting of business critical information to facilitate decision making.
• Ensure availability of stock through optimal replenishment tools and minimize excess stocks.
• Oversee the development of products and keep track of competitor's products and their pricing.
• Monitor resolution of customer complaints and ensure that customer Service levels adhere to standards.
• Implement business plans to ensure maximization of shareholder's value through sustainable growth in retail sales and profits.
