Our client, a well-known name in the retail industry is looking for a Sales Executive to join their expanding team. There is one position at their Bahrain office and another one at their Dubai branch office. The ideal candidate has to develop the sales strategy for the market retailers that ensure the attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Responsibilities:
• Explore new markets (Corporate Clients).
• Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
• Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
• Engage in market research, identify the current market needs and generate reports.
• Carry out competitive pricing and explore new markets in order to maintain maximum profit margin.
• Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes as well as ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
