The Emerging Markets Region is looking for a Manager Customer Service (m/f). Your first exciting challenge in this role will be to support our Sales team in Manama, Bahrain in fostering and growing our client portfolio in the Middle East. In this role you are responsible for a full range of customer service related commercial activities for the assigned client portfolio. This includes: contract implementation, customer data management and reporting, customer performance and satisfaction monitoring, customer documentation.
Your responsibilities in more detail:
• Ensure service delivery for customers in portfolio as contractually agreed
• Develop and prepare customer related/commercial data and reports, provide material for customer presentations and meetings (hold presentations and meetings if required)
• Provide all customers in the Middle East, India and Africa with Pre- and Aftersales Service for our equipment product range
• Ensure customer data is reflected correctly and timely in all relevant LSG SC information management systems
• Support Key Account Manager for airlines in the Middle East and India during the customer performance evaluation process and in the development of performance improvement plans
• Actively participate in tender processes by supporting the development of tender documents
• Complaint management: ongoing monitoring of quality and customer satisfaction, manage and/or develop action plans, escalate quality issues to the Key Account Manager
