- Plans the implementation of projects in supervision stage.
- Acts as a Supervising Engineer.
- Manages sub consultants, if any.
- Organizes, chairs and manages Progress Meetings.
- Follows up matters resulted from Progress Meetings.
- Prepares programs for projects and monitors implementation.
- Checks and approves design and calculations.
- Liaises with authorities.
- Approves samples.
- Certifies payments.
- Issues Variation Orders and Site Instruction.
- Liaises with DTEB Design Department.
- Issues Completion Certificate.
- Liaises with other consultants.
- Any other matter as required for Post Contract Stage.
