My client, an Islamic financial institution is looking for an Investment Manager to join their team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be familiar with entire investment cycle and will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating and screening potential investment opportunities in the GCC, Middle East and other regions.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct required research for project on initial stage and prepare Information Memorandum and other marketing materials for new projects.
• Communicate with financial institutions and act on behalf of the clients to negotiate financing for different investments.
• Develop network with corporate and financial institutions and manage due diligence process with external advisors.
• Build, maintain and present financial models for the investment team and analyze potential projects.
• Manage and follow up with projects post acquisition to ensure positive returns and timely exit.
