You need to have good local knowledge of all the key shopping malls and shopping seasons for this market.Today, you are managing no less than 7 retail outlets, spread over the major malls Bahrain.
You have an eye for detail and a passion for growing and developing people simultaneously . You are hands when needed and strategic in the longterm
OBJECTIVES
Manage and be accountable for Sales Retail Operations across your stores.
Achieve budgeted levels of store profit, while assisting in the development of the business in the Region and Area
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve all sales goals and cost targets for your Area.
Monitor your KPI's regularly and always be aware of your current financial performance.
Manage the store display space in each store to ensure that we maximize sales and profit.
Manages your store staff through daily / weekly / monthly communication.
Manages all recruitment for the stores.
Actively participates in selling directly to customers whilst in stores.
Look for opportunities to improve all aspects of the company business
Work with the Regional Manager to promote the brand, improve sales performance and cost performance.
Ensures all current display material is mounted and presented in the correct agreed manner.
Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, foster innovation and always have focus on our customers,
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
Always be aware of and act the upon local competition.
