This position reports to the Lifeguard shift leader and Recreation Supervisor and works in the Indoor pool, beach and out door pool. Main focus is for ensuring the safety of facility patrons by preventing and responding to emergencies. Lifeguards must be able to recognize hazardous situation to prevent injury. They must be able to supervise swimmers, minimize dangers, educate facility users about safety, enforce rules and regulations, give assistance and prepare records and reports.
Assist all the guests and members at the Pool/Beach facilities with towels, sun lounges, umbrellas, rentals and requests courteously and efficiently, according to hotel standards,
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all supplies, equipment and work areas and ensure guest safety and enjoyment.
