To assist the Spa Management in maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in all aspects of the operation. To ensure that all treatments are carried out to the highest standards and targets are met. To maintain Ritz-Carlton standards of service and cleanliness at all times.
Conduct
• Maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene at all times as per Ritz-Carlton grooming standards.
• Be courteous to guests and other members of staff at all times.
• Be adaptable and accountable for all actions.
Treatments
• Always be punctual and prepared in advance of treatments.
• Follow daily client schedule and be adaptable to change.
• Use the correct quantities of products as specified by the manufacturer and not exceed the amounts.
• Follow treatment SOP's as set out by manufacturer.
• Be responsible for keeping up high standards of treatments service.
• Be aware of all treatments offered and any promotions at any given time.
Treatment Areas
• Have the day to day responsibility for equipment, products, cleanliness and hygiene of all treatment areas.
• Maintain correct stock levels in treatment rooms and not to exceed those levels set in place.
Training
• Adhere to training as set down by manufacturer, Spa Management and Senior Therapist.
• Attend all training courses as deemed necessary by Spa Management.
Other
• Be responsible for achieving revenue targets as set by the Spa Management.
• Assist with guest and members demonstrations and events.
• Cover reception as and when required.
• Perform any other duties deemed reasonable by Spa Management.
