The Guest Relations Agent is responsible for maintaining & generating the flow of 100% reliable information of all the guest arrivals to all the departments in the hotel so that they can assess the expressed as well as unexpressed wishes and needs of our guests.
The GREA will also be responsible for assisting Guest Relations Manager (GRM) in energizing quality preferences in all the departments and encourage guest loyalty as well as encouraging Gold Standards.
The GREA will be responsible for assisting GRM in ensuring that the standard procedures for guest amenities in the room as well as the three steps of service for the guest are followed.
The GREA will also focus on continuous improvement through reduction of defects, increasing guest satisfaction by anticipating the guest needs and providing the same as well as by ensuring that the guest is recognized all over the hotel.
