•Strict adherence to collection calls script.
•Maintain consistent and professional level of service at all times.
•Provide superior service, and regular customer interaction to ensure that service and collection levels exceed expectations.
Achieve set revenue targets and call quality objectives.
•Responsible for all outbound and inbound calls in relation to collection of arrears and discussion of payment options.
•Advise and influence customers on the payment options for debt recovery.
•Handle each call promptly and in the correct manner, updating customer records accurately and efficiently.
•Explain the terms of sale, credit or contract condition as appropriate.
•Take responsibility for resolving disputes, ensuring that caller concerns are actioned correctly and all parties are notified.
•Manage customers who are resistant to agent contact by remaining polite, tactful, honest and firm.
•Decide on correct action when negotiating payments depending on individual case and/or situation.
•Respond to all customer letters/emails/faxes within agreed upon service standards (no delays or errors)
•Liaise with concerned Departments as and when required
• to clarify any omissions/errors, and address any trends to direct Manager in order to reduce further problems
•Log all transactions accurately on day of contact & resolve issues within agreed upon standards Follow corporate standards for correspondence (letters/emails, layout and terminology that are agreed upon)
•Complete any adhoc tasks as required by your line manager.
