Ensures all Human Resources functions, practices, policies & procedures reflect, encourage & recognize diversity, and aligned with corporate values.
Establishes and develops proactive communication channels between individuals and groups. Ensures consistency in communications delivered to the facility
Supervises the Human Resources staff in daily activities to ensure Human Resources administrative functions are executed efficiently
Develops, conducts & implements training for all associates, including management
Prioritize and delegate work assignments, provide direction and guidance, and provide constructive feedback and career guidance
Develops appropriate staffing & retention goals, strategies, & activities to achieve business results
Partners with other departments/locations on projects as needed
Provide advice and counsel to managers and supervisors regarding HR policies, practices, and employment laws
Manage and advise on routine and complex employee relations issues
Prepare and maintain employee handbook and policies and procedures manual
Monitors online performance management, annual employee feedback and exit interview initiatives
Creation, coordination and implementation of internal and external employee development programs, including employee orientation.
