HR and Administration Manager | Bahrain Jobs



Ensures all Human Resources functions, practices, policies & procedures reflect, encourage & recognize diversity, and aligned with corporate values.
 Establishes and develops proactive communication channels between individuals and groups. Ensures consistency in communications delivered to the facility
 Supervises the Human Resources staff in daily activities to ensure Human Resources administrative functions are executed efficiently
 Develops, conducts & implements training for all associates, including management
 Prioritize and delegate work assignments, provide direction and guidance, and provide constructive feedback and career guidance
 Develops appropriate staffing & retention goals, strategies, & activities to achieve business results
 Partners with other departments/locations on projects as needed
 Provide advice and counsel to managers and supervisors regarding HR policies, practices, and employment laws
 Manage and advise on routine and complex employee relations issues
 Prepare and maintain employee handbook and policies and procedures manual
 Monitors online performance management, annual employee feedback and exit interview initiatives
 Creation, coordination and implementation of internal and external employee development programs, including employee orientation.
