Our client an international bank, is urgently looking for a Management and Development Senior Officer who will be based in their office in Bahrain. For this role, you will be in charge of all management, strategic planning and development related topics and will report directly to the Head of the Department and when applicable, to one of the Department Manager. You will also be appointed on some specific performance management topics - especially when lined to financial management. You will work together with the performance management team dedicated to the Middle East and Africa offices and will be in close relationships with all MEA business lines and functions.
