Support the Legal Counsel in provision of strategic legal support to all organizational units and support the business objectives directly through expert advice on all legal matters.
Advise the Legal Counsel on new legal developments and issues (as applicable) which may impact the business by undertaking relevant legal research and studies.
Participate in contract management including drafting and reviewing of legal documents/ contracts under guidance of the Legal Counsel; review, prepare, represent and handle legal disputes.
Oversee all legal phases of contracts in order to ensure their adequacy and alignment with the businesses best interest.
