Overview:
Performs HR related duties at the professional level and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: policy and procedure; records and data management; employee relations; expatriate support; Bahrain national workforce support; leave and travel administration; onboarding and out-processing; housing and transportation administration; and government relations.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver HR services to a diverse expatriate and local national workforce
- Manage and record HR related shareholder communications
- Provide HR support and customer service to joint venture partner companies (shareholders) seconded and technical support service personnel
- Ensure HR Records meet audit report standards and provide quality control
- Implement HR policies and procedures
- Create HR communications, procedures, tools and forms
- Administer employee recognition award program
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
