A global financial information product & service provider is looking to bring on board a client specialist to help build and grow sales by cross over selling additional products into existing clients.
Your role will be to retain sales through its existing accounts but also provide consultancy around how to extract the most value from the products whilst creating add on sales by understanding their business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible the for accounts of FXMM/C&E business (including the retention, growth, training and customer engagement of these accounts),
- Manage and develop account plans to include targeted training through the use of expert workflow management.
- Increase product and application sales (a) development & execution of on-site displacement programs (b) execute campaigns, develop and deliver customer relevant content campaigns (c) enhance user experience through expert use of workflow management (market insight, idea generation, tools, tips to relevant end-users).
- Up sell and drive messaging/community building, transactions and desktop add-on modules.
Qualifications
University Degree
(Preferred with a Finance or Banking Major), MBA or CFA is a plus but not essential
Required skills:
- Deep Understanding of the financial Markets & the FX&MM / C&E asset classes
- Arabic Speaking
- Significant Product and Workflow Expertise (e.g. knowledge of FXMM / C&E customer base work flow and how they are measured and motivated)
- Ability to effectively build, maintain & leverage relationships with clients and users to provide business benefit and growth in the future and to support Account Teams in future sales
- 2-3 years of industry related experience in financial markets preferred (Dealing Rooms as FX Sales, FX Trader, Energy Trader, etc...)
- Proven ability to identify revenue growth opportunities
- Training or related experience preferred
