Our Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing a group of accounts at a day-to-day tactical level, executing projects or campaigns and serving as the liaison between the client and internal teams while maintaining extensive contact with both and ensuring that communication flows effectively. They will be responsible for end-to-end management of briefs, from initial planning and scheduling to implementation and delivery. Every week they will meeting clients to discuss and identify business and creative requirements and present them with creative work for review and approval.
The Senior Account Manager will track their accounts' monthly projections, in terms of income and hours used, helping to maintain agency profitability. They will work to gain clients' trust as not merely an order taker, but a collaborator who both understands their business and proactively recommends new or alternative solutions to meet their business objectives. Managing the project management process on your accounts, the Senior Account Manager ensures high quality and consistently flawless work is delivered spanning research, planning and creative.
With your excellent team's help you will seek out new opportunities on existing accounts based on sound strategic positioning which delivers real value to their business. You will arrange regular meetings with the team to ensure projects stay on time and on budget, reviewing current projects with the leadership and proactively highlighting any risks or issues to successful delivery through preventive, viable and quality-focused solutions. A great time keeper, you will be punctual to internal and client meetings, you will lead the meeting and ensure relevant and useful notes are taken by Account Managers or Executives.
