• Coordinates all recruitment process with the assigned Operations and Government Relations Representative.
• Liaising with the Recruitment Agencies as directed by the HR Manager.
• Receives and answers telephone inquiries related to contract.
• Ensures the accuracy of and updates the Recruitment Status Report.
• Screens all applications received; conducts screening interviews, conducts reference checks listed on application by telephone or letter; and assures proper files and records are kept concerning applicants.
• Demonstrates preservation of human dignity and confidentiality to employees.
