•To act at all times with due skill, care diligence and integrity by working to the highest standards of business ethics by observing appropriate standards of market conduct and company policies at all times in the carrying out duties as mentioned in this schedule.

Alternative Channel - Customer Meetings:
•Meet targets in terms of client numbers, premiums, annual growth and market penetration
•Attend and represent the company at customer, broker and introducer meetings in order to achieve company targets in terms of introductions and sales as agreed with BDD
•Ensure customer satisfaction in servicing, maintain high retention levels and deliver excellent relationship management to all customers
•Develop a culture of customer focus and customer service excellence across the group
Create targeted propositions and customer differentiation to grow the business.

Business Development:
•Assist in other Business Development activities as required by the business.
Assisting as agreed with the Business Development Director in key projects as required by the business.
