• Plan and coordinates all business meetings of administrative and support staffs,
• Serve as the specialized person responsible for gathering facts, analyzing, and reaching logical conclusions,
• Coordinate & supervise CEO administrative activities,
• Coordinating confidential or highly sensitive projects,
• Assists with the HR department administrative needs
• Has enough knowledge of administrative policies and procedures,
• Frequent contacts with management staff, general public boards, government officials to plan or coordinate activities,
• Receive all calls of CEO office & does the proper booking of meetings and coordination accordingly,
• Recommend resolution to administrative or business problems,
• Ability to manage the Administrative section with stress or overloaded works,
• Review the unit/department report and provide summary report to the CEO on a monthly basis,
• Has enough knowledge of the theories, principles and practices of office management,
• Ensure continuing departmental effectiveness through proper planning and systematic work,
• Performs all duties in a professional, effective and confidential manner,
• Performs all other duties as required or assigned.
