Job Description as a Travel Consultant:
1. Assist clients in finding travel deals in their needs.
2. Aid clients with reservations, transfer, changes, and cancellation.
3 .Book domestics and international reservations for air travel, tickets, hotels, car rentals, railway tickets.
4. Secure new clients sales and retention through customer services offered.
5. Monitor and sort Global Distribution System(GDS) to maintain quality control.
6. Create services contracts for group travel.
7. Provide alternatives for customer travel.
8. Ability to work in team environment.
9. Achieving sales goals and target.
10. Collect payment for the transportations and accommodations from customer.
11. Plan, describe, arrange and sell itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives offered by various travel carriers.
12. Print or request transportation carries tickets, using computer printer system or system link to travel carrier.
13. Compute cost f travel.
