Our client, a prestigious bank is looking for a Corporate Communications Associate to join their expanding team in Bahrain.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the calendar, prepare communications and telephone reception as well as perform other secretarial duties.
• Preparing travel arrangements (e.g., flight and hotel reservations, visa applications, transportation, etc).
• Maintain database of contacts, complete expense reports as well as filing and copying documents.
• Familiar with media and PR related matters and undertake special projects, as required.
