Responsibilities:
• Overlook press releases, company website content and graphics as well as the promotion of the company's image.
• Develop a culturally relevant strategic marketing plan that contributes to the achievement of the short and long term consumer and financial objectives.
• Evaluate the results of on-going marketing initiatives and adjust the marketing plan in order to ensure that the annual marketing sales goal is met.
• Ensure seamless communication with the advertising agency and establish an environment that encourages free exchange of ideas and innovation with the agency.
• Create and execute a tactical marketing calendar that delivers the marketing strategy and includes key targets, insights and strategies for measurement of success.
